Le Grand Pavois La Rochelle has once again demonstrated its central role in the nautical industry. The event, which brings together thousands of enthusiasts, professionals and international brands every year, has established itself as a true barometer of tomorrow's nautical trends.
With several hundred boats on display, many of them afloat, and attendees from all over the world, the show confirmed its reputation as an unmissable event. New products, previews and innovations were at the heart of this year's show, which attracted visitors with its rich exchanges and high calibre attendees.
Le Grand Pavois, a hub of opportunities for the nautical industry
More than just an exhibition, the Grand Pavois is recognised as a place for business and strategic meetings. Once again this year, many shipyards and equipment manufacturers were able to finalise projects, with some even exceeding their commercial objectives.
The trends observed clearly point towards a search for innovation, customisation and, above all, sustainable solutions. Custom-built sailing boats, large cruisers, latest-generation RIBs, but also electrically powered boats: the future of boating is taking shape at the stands and during sea trials.
Among the highlights was the EDF round table dedicated to sustainable maritime transport, which highlighted the importance of energy transition and innovative materials, confirming that the future of boating will be environmentally friendly and responsible.
Weenav was present at this round table to share its experience and demonstrate, through our 100% electric KRONOS engine, that clean and silent propulsion is no longer a vision of the future, but already a concrete reality.
Weenav: an electric demonstrator that impresses with KRONOS
For Weenav, the 2025 edition was an opportunity to showcase its demonstration boat equipped with the 100% electric KRONOS motor in real-world conditions. This is an important milestone in our journey, confirming all the convictions we have held since embarking on this adventure.
The sea trials made a lasting impression: total silence, no odour, comfortable sailing without vibrations and reliable propulsion. Visitors enjoyed a unique experience, demonstrating that electric technology is now a practical, high-performance solution that meets the needs of sailors.

The outcome of this trade fair has been extremely positive for our team. The numerous discussions we had with visitors, professionals, manufacturers and boaters have reinforced our mission: to make boating cleaner, more enjoyable and more environmentally friendly.
