The major nautical innovation event returns from 26 to 30 November.
The French nautical sector is experiencing a historic revival. After three years of absence, the Paris boat show returns under a new identity: the Paris Nautic Show. From 26 to 30 November 2025, the Parc des Expositions du Bourget will host the inaugural edition of this major maritime industry event, marking a century of innovation since the first show held in 1926 at the Grand Palais.
This new format, organised by M2 Organisation (a subsidiary of the French Nautical Industries Federation), focuses the event over five intensive days with a clear strategic orientation: ecological transition, technological innovation, and the development of new sustainable propulsion systems.
An international-scale event serving the industry
The Paris Nautic Show will bring together around 350 exhibitors across two halls covering 40,000 m², showcasing between 300 and 400 boats. The choice of Parc des Expositions du Bourget is obvious: located just 20 minutes from central Paris and less than 10 km from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, the venue has previously hosted prestigious events such as the International Paris Air Show and COP21.
This strategic location ensures easy access for both French and international visitors, with free shuttle services from Le Bourget RER station every 15 minutes (from 8:00 to 20:00, extended until 22:30 on Friday for the evening session).
Seven thematic areas to explore all aspects of boating
The show is organised around seven thematic areas covering all aspects of boating:
Traditional Navigation: monohull and multihull sailboats, motorboats, rigid inflatable boats, and tenders of all sizes, featuring exceptional models such as the new Sun Odyssey 455, presented in a world premiere.
Equipment and Innovation: the latest navigation technologies, from onboard electronics to next-generation energy management systems.
Nautical Tourism: destinations, trips, and experiences to plan your next maritime adventures.
Watersports: paddleboarding, kitesurfing, electric foiling with demonstrations by leading brand Fliteboard, and other dynamic water activities.
Inland Navigation: a first in 25 years! A dedicated area to discover the pleasures of France’s canals and waterways.
Ecological Transition: the highlight of this edition, showcasing electric and hybrid propulsion systems and all sustainable solutions transforming boating.
Offshore Racing: models of Vendée Globe boats, immersive films, live sessions with ocean-going skippers, conferences, and meetings with leading figures in offshore sailing.
Weenav: French pioneer in high-performance electric propulsion
In this context of excitement around the ecological transition, Weenav, the French leader in electric boat propulsion, is set to make a strong commercial impact at the Paris Nautic Show. Far from simply exhibiting, Weenav will actively promote its revolutionary electric engines during the event.
Founded in 2022 in the Hauts-de-France by three passionate engineers, Weenav has established itself in just three years as a key player in marine electrification in Europe. The company successfully transitioned from an artisanal process to industrial production in 2024, launching its two flagship product ranges.
Two engine ranges set to revolutionise boating
KRONOS: High-power 100% electric outboard motor
The KRONOS engine represents a major technological breakthrough in the electric outboard sector. Fully developed by Weenav engineers, from the transmission to the motor head, this 100% electric engine delivers power ranging from 80 to 300 horsepower with outstanding performance.
Presented for the first time in France at the Grand Pavois La Rochelle last September, the KRONOS boasts impressive specifications: top speed up to 45 knots, maximum torque from startup, and adaptable range depending on the battery configuration. This engine positions electric propulsion in the "high-performance leisure" category, far beyond simple harbour cruising.
The electrical architecture operates on 400-800V with CCS fast-charging compatibility, allowing recharges from 10% to 90% in 30 minutes, optimising boat turnover for rental bases, shuttles, and large tenders. Each engine comes in a Plug & Play configuration with an integrated charger and DC/DC converter, enabling record-fast installation.
ARION: The discreet and powerful inboard motor
The ARION inboard motor stands out for its versatility and discreet design. Built for larger vessels, it delivers power from 100 to 500 horsepower (up to 1000 horsepower in twin-engine configurations). Robust and adaptable, the ARION fits unobtrusively into engine compartments and can be configured as fully electric or hybrid (series or parallel).
The series hybrid setup eliminates mechanical losses by removing the gearbox, allowing the internal combustion engine to operate at its optimal efficiency. The system offers two modes: simultaneous charging and propulsion, or pure electric mode with the combustion engine turned off.
An ambitious commercial strategy for the Paris Nautic Show
The Paris Nautic Show represents much more than a simple showcase for Weenav; it is a strategic commercial opportunity. The company has scheduled numerous professional meetings during the event to accelerate the deployment of its electric solutions among key market players.
Weenav targets several segments:
Marine professionals: rental bases, maritime shuttle companies, superyacht tenders, nautical clubs, and sailing schools seeking to comply with increasing environmental regulations while offering a premium customer experience.
Shipyards, distributors, and integrators: strategic partners for integrating Weenav systems into new builds and retrofit projects.
Boat manufacturers: players looking to offer new models equipped with high-performance electric or hybrid propulsion systems straight from the factory.
Ports and marinas: infrastructure operators, collaborating with partners such as AquaSuperPower to deploy fast-charging stations.
This structured commercial approach aims to convert the growing interest in electrification into concrete orders, positioning Weenav as the reference partner for the energy transition in the French boating industry.
Weenav’s advantages: far more than just an engine
Choosing a Weenav propulsion system means benefiting from a complete ecosystem:
Uncompromised performance: torque higher than combustion engines, silent navigation without vibrations or odors, and access to areas where thermal engines are restricted or prohibited.
Substantial savings: reduced maintenance, first service after 15,000 hours, lifespan at least three times longer thanks to 100 times fewer moving parts, and operating costs cut by four.
Cutting-edge technology: ultra-stable Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries allowing 6,000 full charge/discharge cycles, energy management system co-developed with Garmin for full control via touch interface, and optimized high-voltage electrical architecture.
Tailored support: engineering office managing all stages of electric or hybrid propulsion projects, collaboration with certified shipyards for installation, financing solutions for professionals and individuals, and mostly software-based maintenance.
Flexible charging solutions: compatibility with all types of outlets (AC Type 2 up to 22 kW, three-phase, CCS Combo for ultra-fast charging), with the option to plug directly at the dock or perform rapid charges between trips.
French design, technical excellence
All Weenav engines are designed and assembled in France, in the Hauts-de-France region. This location ensures optimal manufacturing quality, responsive technical support, and contributes to the reindustrialisation of the French territory. Weenav’s engineering office manages the entire design process, from the boat’s functional analysis to final installation, with a single point of contact for each project.
The company collaborates with leading partners: Zyonix batteries by PowerTech Systems, Garmin control systems, BoatnGo for full boat maintenance, and a network of certified shipyards for safe high-voltage installations.
A must-attend event for boating professionals
The Paris Nautic Show offers a unique opportunity to discover Weenav propulsion systems, engage with technical and sales teams, and benefit from exclusive conditions for orders placed during the event. The strategic meetings organised by Weenav will allow professionals to assess the real potential of electrification for their operations.
Whether you are the owner of a rental fleet looking to reduce operating costs, a marina manager aiming to attract eco-conscious clients, or a passionate boater wishing to navigate in harmony with the environment, Weenav has the solution to meet your needs.
Electric propulsion, the undisputed future of boating
The numbers speak for themselves: reduced maintenance, three times the lifespan, absolute silence, performance equal to or exceeding combustion engines, access to protected areas, enhanced brand image, and anticipation of future regulations. Electrification is no longer a marginal option but a strategic necessity for all boating stakeholders.
Weenav understood this before anyone else and has developed the technologies to drive this transition. With its KRONOS and ARION engines, the French company demonstrates that innovation goes hand in hand with performance, and that the future of boating is being built today in France with reliable, proven solutions.
