What are the charging technologies for the electrical system?
Charging technologies for marine electrical systems include various options:
The standard socket: Allows charging up to 6.6 kW with a 230 V power supply, suitable for slower charging and generally available at quays (usually included in the price of your berth).
The three-phase plug: Offers charging power of up to 22 kW with a 380 V supply, enabling faster charging for boats equipped with three-phase systems.
The CCS Combo plug: Used for ultra-fast charging, up to 1000 V and 600 kW, suitable for boats requiring fast charging for extended voyages.
These charging options provide flexibility for the varied energy needs of marine electrical systems, allowing charging times to be adapted to different requirements and conditions of use.
We work hand in hand with AquaSuperPower, which generally installs a fast charging station when an electrification project is launched in a port.
