Cannes, world capital of boating in September
Every September, Cannes becomes the nerve centre of the nautical world. From 9 to 14 September 2025, the Cannes Yachting Festival makes its grand return between the Old Port and Port Canto. The largest floating boat show in Europe, it attracts builders, shipowners, professionals and enthusiasts every year to celebrate the excellence and innovation of international yachting.
A historic and unmissable show
Established in 1977, the Cannes Boat Festival has established itself as the opening event of the nautical season. Each edition brings together over 600 exhibitors and nearly 700 boats, ranging from elegant sailing boats to luxury yachts, including the most innovative tenders and day boats. The uniqueness of Cannes lies in its exceptional setting: the Old Port, the historical heart of the show, and Port Canto, dedicated in particular to large sailing boats and brokerage.
The 2025 edition: diversity and prestige on the agenda

For this new edition, the Cannes Yachting Festival once again highlights the richness and diversity of the international offering. From the biggest names in the industry to emerging shipyards, all take advantage of the Cannes stage to present their global and European innovations.
Showcase of nautical expertise, the exhibition attracts both enthusiasts and the curious who come to discover the latest trends in design, technology and comfort on board. Between professional meetings, sea trials and exhibitions of accessories and services related to boating, the event offers a complete experience.
A showcase in constant evolution
Beyond luxury and prestige, the exhibition also reflects the evolutions of the nautical industry : technological innovations, new expectations of boaters, but also the rise of more environmentally friendly solutions. The Cannes Yachting Festival 2025 thus establishes itself as an essential barometer of the international market, where the future of boating is being shaped.
Cannes, ephemeral capital of yachting

A place for meetings, discoveries and global launches, the Cannes Yachting Festival is much more than an exhibition: it is a celebration of the art of nautical living. Between the Mediterranean and the Croisette, it continues to charm with its unique setting and elegant atmosphere, confirming its reputation as a major event for the global maritime industry.
