Missions

Electricity & electronics

• Understand the functional requirement and propose suitable technical solutions
• Size the electrical and electronic systems (power, protection, fuses)
• To create electrical, electronic and logical diagrams
• Participate in the selection of components (marine environment)

Logic & automation

• Develop (logic block) and maintain control logics (Garmin / EmpirBus environment)
• Implement functional scenarios (sequences, securities, states)
• Understanding, implementing and decoding CAN buses
• Optimise the existing logics and programmes

Tests & commissioning

• Deploy the solutions on the test bench
• Carry out the testing and validation phases
• Identify the defects and propose improvements
• Participate in real-world testing

Integration & field

• Perform wiring and crimping (small electronics)
• Integrate the solutions into the Weenav technical environment
• Work collaboratively with technical and product teams

Structuring & technical monitoring

• Ensure the versioning of projects (logic, schemas, configurations)
• Maintain a list of serial numbers (Garmin components, equipment)
• Read, understand and utilise technical documentation
• Document the solutions developed
