Context of work-linked training

At Weenav, we design 100% electric and hybrid propulsion systems designed to transform nautical mobility. Our innovative engines, renowned for their performance and low environmental impact, are aimed at both professionals and private customers looking for cleaner, quieter solutions.

In a fast-growing market, marked by the energy transition and environmental regulations, our commercial development is strategic. To support this dynamic, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to actively contribute to the expansion of our presence in France and Europe.

Working directly with the sales team, you will play a key role in identifying new prospects, qualifying opportunities and structuring our customer network. Thanks to your people skills, your rigour and your appetite for a challenge, you'll be helping to accelerate the spread of our solutions in the marine market, making a tangible contribution to more sustainable sailing.

Main tasks

Commercial prospecting: Populating the database with target contacts, contacting them via phoning (80%) and mailing (20%), and obtaining qualified appointments for the sales staff.

Follow-up on leads: document exchanges in our CRM tool, prioritise follow-ups and ensure clear reporting to the sales team.

Competitive intelligence: Identify new players, compare positioning, gather insights useful for sales strategy.

Other tasks:

• Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our product and make contacts.

• Monitoring the progress of projects in collaboration with the various company units (technical/communication/commercial).

Reporting & KPIs: weekly monitoring of your performance (number of leads generated, conversion rate, number of appointments made, etc.).

Profile required

You're at ease on the phone: you're clear and rhythmic.

You're motivated by objectives and like to take on challenges.

You're curious and interested in innovative subjects, particularly in the field of boating, electrification and the ecological transition.

You have a good level of English.

You're open to business travel, in France and abroad.

A boat driving licence is a plus.
